目前,塑(sù)料模具製造在整個模具行業中所占的比例高達30%,可見,塑料模具加工工藝的重要意義。現階段,塑料模具已經(jīng)應用在航天航空、儀表機電(diàn)以及汽(qì)車等製造行業(yè)中。因此,塑料模具加(jiā)工工藝具有非常好的發展前景。下(xià)麵,筆者就塑料模具加工工藝現狀,對塑料模具加工工藝未來發展趨勢進行分析。

塑料模具(jù)加(jiā)工工藝現狀

1)氣體(tǐ)輔助成(chéng)型技術日趨成(chéng)熟
1) Gas assisted molding technology is becoming more and more mature
近幾年,氣體輔助成型技術在塑料模(mó)具加工中(zhōng)逐漸得到應用。目前,已經有部分企業將氣體(tǐ)輔助成型技(jì)術(shù)應用在洗衣(yī)機外殼、電視機外殼以及汽車裝飾(shì)物(wù)件等塑料物件(jiàn)加工工藝中,並(bìng)且(qiě)取得了非常好的效果。
In recent years, gas assisted molding technology has been gradually applied in plastic mold processing. At present, some enterprises have applied gas assisted molding technology to the processing of plastic objects such as washing machine shell, TV shell and automobiles decoration objects, and achieved very good results.
2)熱流道技(jì)術應用廣泛

雖然熱(rè)流道塑料(liào)模具應用所占比例不高,但是熱流道技術在(zài)塑料模(mó)具加(jiā)工行業中的發(fā)展速度(dù)非(fēi)常快,目前,熱流道技術在塑料模具加工工藝中的應用率已經達到了33.33%。比較常見的熱流道加工技術分為三種,分別是一般內熱式、分流板式以及外熱式。

隨著新技術、新工藝的不斷引進,塑料模具的使用壽命得到延長。目前,我國高速塑料異型材的加工速度已經達到了商業化(huà)加工速度。塑料異型材的基礎模式可分為雙腔共擠以及多(duō)腔共擠兩種模式。我國有較多的企業已經在塑料模具加工過程中,精心設計自動脫流道模進而冷卻係統,這(zhè)令塑料模具加工效率(lǜ)得到了顯著的提高。
