1.尺寸精度
1. Dimensional accuracy
指加工後零件的實際工作尺寸與零件進行尺寸的公差的相符(fú)合以及程度。
It refers to the consistency and degree between the actual working dimension of the processed part and the tolerance of the dimension of the part.
尺寸精度由尺寸公差控製。尺寸公差是零件尺(chǐ)寸在(zài)切削加工過程中允許的變(biàn)化(huà)量。在基本尺寸相同的情況下,尺(chǐ)寸公差(chà)越小,尺寸精度越高。
Dimensional accuracy is controlled by dimensional tolerance. Dimensional tolerance is the allowable variation of part size in the process of machining. When the basic dimensions are the same, the smaller the dimensional tolerance, the higher the dimensional accuracy.

指被加工(gōng)零件表麵(miàn)的(de)實(shí)際幾何形狀與(yǔ)理想(xiǎng)幾何形狀的重合程度。評定形狀精(jīng)度有6項,如直線度、平麵度、圓度、圓柱(zhù)度和線輪(lún)廓。形狀精(jīng)度(dù)由形(xíng)狀(zhuàng)公差控製(zhì)。除圓度和圓柱(zhù)度外(wài),所有形狀公差(chà)都分為12個精度等級。1級高,12級低。
It refers to the coincidence degree between the actual geometry and the ideal geometry of the machined part surface. There are 6 items to evalsuate the shape accuracy, such as straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity and line contour. Shape accuracy is controlled by shape tolerance.
