1.尺寸精（jīng）度
1. Dimensional accuracy
指加（jiā）工後零件的實際工作尺（chǐ）寸與零件（jiàn）進行尺寸的公差的相符合以及程度。
It refers to the consistency and degree between the actual working dimension of the processed part and the tolerance of the dimension of the part.
尺寸精度由尺寸公（gōng）差控製。尺（chǐ）寸公差是零件尺寸在切削加工過程（chéng）中允許的變化量。在基本尺寸相同的情況下，尺寸公差越小，尺寸精度越高（gāo）。
Dimensional accuracy is controlled by dimensional tolerance. Dimensional tolerance is the allowable variation of part size in the process of machining. When the basic dimensions are the same, the smaller the dimensional tolerance, the higher the dimensional accuracy.

指被（bèi）加工零件表麵的實（shí）際幾何形狀與理想幾何形狀的重合程度。評定形狀精度有6項，如直線度、平麵度（dù）、圓度（dù）、圓（yuán）柱度和（hé）線輪廓。形狀精度由形狀公（gōng）差控（kòng）製。除圓度和圓柱度外（wài），所（suǒ）有形狀公差都分為12個精度等級。1級高，12級低。
It refers to the coincidence degree between the actual geometry and the ideal geometry of the machined part surface. There are 6 items to evalsuate the shape accuracy, such as straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity and line contour. Shape accuracy is controlled by shape tolerance. 指加工後零件進行有關研究表麵企（qǐ）業之間（jiān）的實際工（gōng）作位置以（yǐ）及精度差別。評定一個位置信息精度的項目有平（píng）行度、垂直度、傾斜（xié）度、同軸度、對稱度、位（wèi）置度、圓跳動（dòng）和全跳動等八項。位置定位精度是用（yòng）位置公差來（lái）控製的，各項活（huó）動目的不同位置公差亦分為12個精度評價等級。
