精(jīng)密合模裝置的技術特點

合模裝置是(shì)保護(hù)精密模(mó)具及保證製品(pǐn)質量(liàng)的重要部件。與(yǔ)普通的合模裝置相比,精密合模裝置的剛度(dù)要(yào)大(dà)10%~15%,而且動、定模板之間的平行度標準也要高30%~40%,一般(bān)控製在(zài)0.05~0.08mm,從而實現對於模具的(de)低壓保護及對(duì)合模(mó)力的(de)精確控製。
