模具的（de）一級保養裝模時的保養（1）裝模（mó）前，要對模具的上下表麵進行清擦，保證模具安裝麵和壓機工作台麵（miàn）不受壓傷，及模具在生產中上下安裝麵的平行度。

First level maintenance of the mold maintenance during mold installation (1) before mold installation, the upper and lower surfaces of the mold shall be cleaned to ensure that the mold installation surface and the working table of the press are not damaged by pressure, and the parallelism of the upper and lower installation surfaces of the mold in production.

（2）模具裝（zhuāng）好後（hòu），將（jiāng）模具打開，將模（mó）具各部分清擦幹淨，特別是導向機構，對於表麵件模具，其型麵清擦幹淨，以保證（zhèng）製件的質量。對模具（jù）各滑動部（bù）分進行潤滑，塗潤滑脂。模具各部份的檢查，特別是（shì）安全件，如：安全側銷、安全螺釘、側（cè）護板、衝孔廢料（liào）道等。

生產中的保養（1）生（shēng）產中，定期（qī）對模具的相應（yīng）部分進（jìn）行塗油，如（rú）：拉延模的壓料圈、圓（yuán）角；修邊模的刀口部位；翻邊刀塊部分等。

（2）定期對修邊衝孔模的小孔廢料道進行廢料（liào）的清理。

模具的二級保養此項保養工（gōng）作由（yóu）模（mó）修人員完成，並根據保養情況作好記錄（lù）。以下（xià）就不同的零（líng）件敘述其二保的要求和方法：

拉延（yán）模凸模、凹模拉延模的凸、凹模，主（zhǔ）要出現（xiàn）的問題是（shì）拉毛及型麵的壓坑。保（bǎo）養時，主要對模具的圓角拉毛部位進行拋光。如果出現壓坑，要對模具進行補焊（hàn），再進行修順。

The main problems of male and female dies of drawing die are roughening and indentation on the profile. During maintenance, mainly polish the rounded and roughened parts of the die. If there is a pressure pit, the mold shall be repaired and smoothed.

導向零件（導柱、導（dǎo）套及導板等）模具在工作中會出現拉痕等現象。產生的主要原因有潤滑油髒及導向間隙（xì）偏等。導向零（líng）件產生拉（lā）痕，采取用油石（shí）推順後拋光的辦法進行消除。

The die of guide parts (guide post, guide sleeve and guide plate, etc.) will have pull marks during operation. The main causes are dirty lubricating oil and eccentric guide clearance. Pull marks on guide parts shall be eliminated by polishing after being pushed by oilstone.
