當用高粘度材(cái)料成型厚壁產品時,注塑模具產品表麵的橘(jú)皮或表麵起皺缺陷(xiàn)一般發生在流道末端。例如注塑模具(jù)產品在注塑過程中,如果熔體流動速率過低,注塑模具就會失效。加工品表麵(miàn)會迅速凝固,隨著流動阻力的增大,熔體前端流動變(biàn)得不均(jun1)勻,導(dǎo)致先凝固的外(wài)層材料不能充分接觸型腔(qiāng)壁,導致皺紋。這些褶皺在固化和包裝後成為無法修(xiū)複的缺陷(xiàn)。
